The process of placing an order at our online store is very simple. It can be traced step by step in our instructional video posted on the website of each product.
The design must be recorded in a vector graphics editing program such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. Ai. file formats or Cdr. File formats are suitable. If you do not have your files in such formats for an additional fee, our designers will convert it for you. The formatted file is then sent to you via e-mail, in both Cdr. and Pdf.
The design can be delivered in any format. However, only the files extensions Cdr. and Ai. do not require additional conversion before realizing the design. Any other formats require processing by our graphics designers and for this work we charge an extra fee. The fee depends on the complexity of the design of the logo and the original format of the file. After the work has been done the formatted file is sent to you via e-mail, in both Cdr. and Pdf.

Before realizing the actual product we always send the design of the final product for approval. If you report comments on the draft they will be applied, visualized and sent for re-approval. Below is a sample visualization of a table on a house.
We make every effort to pack plates and signboards in such a way as to minimize the risk of damage. Damage to the plate in the consignment has happened only a few times in our long practice. More information about shipping can be found here.

All ordered goods can be picked up at our headquarters in Tarnow, Torowa Street 10. In case of choosing this form of delivery the customer is informed by phone and by e-mail at the time when products are ready for delivery. More information, with the exact address of our company can be found here.

At our store, we enable a choice of three ways to attach plates to a house:

Ornamental pins - more info here

Mounting Tape- more info here

Clamps - more info here

Ornamental pins

Mounting method available for models : GRAV, STANDARD, 3D

Tools for installation: drill (advisable with stroke), star screwdriver or a flat one, level, pencil

Materials for the installation: dowels or worm pins for Styrofoam (8x60 4 pieces with head of 4mm)

Preparation for installation:

Starting the installation we must figure out what type of facade we have (with insulation, MAX bricks, solid brick, sitówka brick, concrete, etc.). It will help us to choose the correct pins, and the correct type and size of the drill (we suggest the use of Widia 8, the size should be more than enough to permanently fix our plate ).

The assembly process:

Before drilling holes, mark their location on the surface of the facade. (We suggest that you simply put the plate on the surface of the facade, determine the level and plumb, and then make the marks with a pencil through the holes in the plate). Be sure to position the drill in a perpendicular orientation in relation to the facade, as well as choose the right depth of the holes so that they match your pins. If the facade is insulated with polystyrene or mineral wool there is no need to drill deep holes, just gently drill hard plaster surfaces. Once we have the right size of holes, put the dowels and then attach the mounting part of the pin with the screw. Then we attach the actual plate and secure it with screw spacers. The plate is attached to the house.

Disadvantages: we must have the right tools, long time of installation, interference with the structure of the wall.

Advantages: extremely elegant appearance, durability.

Mounting Tape

Mounting method available for models: GRAV

Mounting tools: whisk, pencil, level

Materials for the installation: unnecessary

Preparation for installation:

First remove dirt from the wall (dust, loose parts of plaster) with the whisk in the spot to which you intend to fix our plate.

The assembly process:

Before fixing the plate it is good to set a pencil blueprint to allow easy assembly. When you peel off the protective tape attach a sign in the previously selected place and firmly press against it.

Disadvantages: no possibility of multiple assembly and disassembly, can not be applied to heavily textured surfaces.

Advantages: fast non-invasive installation, durability.

Mounting method available for models: GRAV, STANDARD

Tools: unnecessary

Materials for the installation: unnecessary

Preparation for installation:

Using a clamp is recommended if we want our label to be fixed to the mesh fencing or some other place that allows it (decorative grille facade). Before the installation we must select the appropriate place for installation. We do not need any tools. After determining the level and the plumb, attach the plate to eg. the grid, pass the clams through holes in the plate, wrap them around the bars or wires and clench tightly.

Disadvantages: inability to mount on the facade of the building, less aesthetic appearance

Advantages: easy and quick installation, the ability to change the place of our labels, it does not require the use of tools.

A GRAV plate to be attached to a house is a product that due to its uniform design and elegant appearance can be used on the facades of both modern and older buildings. The use of high-quality UV laminate makes is not only tough but also very lightweight so it does not put too much load on the elevation, while ensuring long service. High contrast between the background and the inscription makes it easily visible from a distance. Certainly, it will serve you for many years.

A 3D plate to be fitted on houses is a product for those who appreciate modern and original design. The use of high-quality Plexiglas enables this plate to meet all your expectations regarding the sustainability and does not require too much effort regarding maintenance. First and foremost it is used in modern construction, but it also has many supporters among the owners of classic buildings. It should be mentioned that the clear Plexiglas has a high gloss which makes the reflected light intense and refracted light that can become a disadvantage if the plate is mounted at the wrong angle or in a place where it is exposed to intense sunlight and or any other type of light.

A STANDARD plate to be fitted on houses is our next suggestion. It is designed for people who want to own an original product and at the same time they want an affordable price. Its flat surface is elegant and easy to keep clean. Like the 3D plate is made of transparent Plexiglas which, under certain conditions can rend the information contained illegible.
